Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?

-No, we do not ship worldwide at this time. 

  • How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

-We aim to ship within 24 - 48 hours. Typical transit time is 3-5 days with USPS First Class. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

  • What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?

-Please email us. In most cases, we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer. Reshipment fees can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.

  • What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

-According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.

  • What if my package says it was delivered, but I never received it?

-We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

  • Do you offer custom orders?

-Yes. Please email us to inquire about custom orders.

  • What if my package is lost?

-We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. However, please note that First Class/Standard shipments are uninsured. If you wish to insure your package, you must choose USPS Express or UPS Express. Shipping prices are based on weight, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
